Our Return and Exchange Policy:
* If your product is not a special order product and has not been packaged / shipped yet, you can cancel it. Cancellation cannot be made for packaged, shipped or special order products.
* If the item is unused, undamaged or undamaged, you can return it within 3 business days. Beforehand , you must share the photos that the product has not been used, burned or damaged, via the email@example.com e-mail address. Return requests will not be accepted for products that do not comply with the return conditions.
* If changes are requested after the product is purchased, change requests must be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org within 12 hours after purchase. The right to accept or reject change requests exceeding 12 hours is up to the operator.
Cargo Operations (Delivery Policy)
* Unless you place a special order, your products will be shipped within 3 business days after purchase. You can track where your cargo is with the Cargo Tracking number in the notification sent to your e-mail address or phone.
If you have placed a special order, your products will be prepared and shipped within 7-10 working days at the latest, depending on the density.
* We send our cargo with our contracted company, MNG Cargo. Our shipping fee is 12.95 TL fixed to all over Turkey. Shipping is free for orders over 150 TL.
* From the moment your product is shipped, the responsibility belongs to the cargo company. Witch Candle is not responsible for stolen, lost or undelivered cargo.
* We do not have an international cargo agreement (for now).
